Communication

Emailed to registered participants on August 20, 2012:

Thank you for signing up to attend the Screencasting session at the Upper Bucks EduSummit on Wednesday! In order to participate fully, it would be beneficial for you to bring the following materials:
  • Fully charged laptop (The computer you are using will need Java, so an iPad would not be optimal for this session. You will be creating video content!)
  • Headphones/Earbuds
(If you do not own a pair of headphones or earbuds, please respond to this email to let me know. We will try to bring a few extras.)

A few reminders on how to access information throughout the day:
  1. Wifi Access for the Day: Participants can connect to the QCSD “Guestnet”. The password will be “edusummit”. Participants should bring any computer equipment they are interested in using for the day. (Ex. Laptop, iPad, etc.)
  2. Wiki pagespecifically for the Screencasting Session is linked here: http://upperbucksedusummit2012.wikispaces.com/Screencasting+%28304%29

Thanks and we look forward to seeing you on Wednesday afternoon!
